Off the road,
into the breeze.
Terrace sits back from the highway, past a gate of vines and old stone — a scattering of low tables, comfy couches and shaded corners where the only sound left is the wind moving through the valley.
Comfy couches, low tables and a softly lit pergola — set among vines, well back from the road.
A short walk that leaves the road behind
Terrace was built on one idea: a restaurant should feel like a place you've escaped to, not one you've merely stopped at. So we set it back — past the vines, down a quiet path, far enough that engines fade into wind and cicadas.
Inside, there's no rush toward order. Seating is loose and low — comfy couches, woven rugs, mismatched wooden tables — arranged in shaded clusters rather than straight rows, the way a good gathering arranges itself. Canvas and reed shade the sun without blocking the breeze that moves steadily through the valley all afternoon.
It's bohemian in the true sense: unhurried, a little undone, built from natural materials and open air rather than polish. Come for a long lunch, stay for the slow evening — Terrace is designed for both.
Seating built for lingering, not turnover
Every corner of Terrace is arranged to slow you down — shade, soft seating, greenery and a breeze that never quite stops.
Shaded Canopy
Woven reed and canvas overhead soften the sun while keeping every table open to the valley air.
Comfy Couches & Low Tables
Sink into a lounge of soft couches and rugs around low wooden tables, arranged in loose, sociable clusters.
Ambient-Lit Pergola
As the sun drops, soft indirect lighting takes over — no glare or direct bulbs, just a warm, even glow.
Garden Pathways
A winding walk through vines and greenery separates you from the road before you ever sit down.
The road gets quieter with every step
This is roughly what happens to the noise on the way in — traffic gives way to birdsong, footsteps, and wind through the vines.
Past the gate, the pergola and vine walls do double duty — the same green screen that keeps out sun and headlights also breaks up traffic noise, so what reaches your table is mostly wind.
